Mobile Wine Processing offer the following services:

  • A wide range of ‘on board’ filtration from coarse pre-filtering of reds to sterile filtration of whites.
  • Gentle wine transfer. We pump from the winery tanks with variable speed pumps controlled at the bottling line.
  • Sterile internal bottle rinsing.
  • Co2 or nitrogen sparging of bottles prior to filling.
  • Bottling rates of 800 to 3500 bottles per hour.
  • Corking or screw capping (ROPP/Stelvin) with CO2 injection prior to capping.
  • Processing of most shapes and sizes of bottles from 375ml to 1500ml.
  • Vacuum corking, CO2 closure is also available.
  • Internal rinsing of empty bottles.
  • Externally washing and drying of full bottles removes all traces of release agent, dirt, wine and general handling grime allowing better capsule finishing, perfect label adhesion and spotless final appearance.
  • Ink jet lot coding on bottles.
  • Capsuling - heat shrink and metallic spin. Most capsule types can be automatically dispensed, applied and perfectly finished by our capping equipment.
  • Self adhesive labelling - Front and back labels from two separate webs. Our labelling equipment can apply varying combinations of labels to suit most shapes and sizes of bottles.
  • Carton sealing - automatic tape sealing of all carton sizes.
  • Ink jet carton coding - allows printing of up to 45 characters on the side of finished cartons. This may be a combination of dates, batch codes and wine types.
