Bottling Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They specify the basis of the terms under which Mobile Wine Processing (MWP) provides Services to you (the Client).

All orders are to be submitted via the client portal at www.mwp.com.au. By clicking the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” button when submitting a run sheet, you (the Client) unconditionally accept and agree to the following:

1. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1. You (the Client) will make sure that you read, understand and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. You (the Client) acknowledge that you have received and agree to pay for services as set out in the current price list.

1.3 .You (the Client) will ensure that payment is made for the Services provided within the time specified in your invoice and agree that a late fee may be charged on overdue accounts.

1.4. You (the client) acknowledge that future bookings will not be guaranteed for clients who have overdue accounts.

1.5. You (the client) shall be wholly responsible for any damage caused to Mobile Wine Processing’s plant and equipment while at your site, caused by members of your staff or persons acting on behalf of you (the client). Furthermore, you guarantee to pay the cost of repairs and any loss of income suffered by Mobile Wine Processing as a direct result of such damage until reapirs are completed.

1.6. If you (the client) request filtration services, you agree to be responsible for the cost of replacing any and all filtration products that become blocked or compromised while Mobile Wine Processing provides such services to you. The cost of these filters will be added to your invoice at the current replacement value.

1.7. You (the Client) are responsible for the approval of the bottling process and the appearance of the finished product. If at any time you (the Client) object to the quality or appearance of the bottled product, including but not limited to the screwcap, cork, foil and/or labels, you (the Client) shall immediately notify MWP of such concern(s) and shall request MWP temporarily cease bottling. Any failure to timely object to the quality or appearance of the bottled product during production shall waive any subsequent claims against MWP concerning the quality or appearance of the bottled product.

1.8. The biological stability of the wine is the sole responsibility of the Client. MWP expressly disclaims any liability for the condition of the wine before and after bottling. You (the Client) agree that the wine presented to to bottling line is in the desired state and ready for bottling.

1.9. You (the Client) are responsible for checking/logging dissolved oxygen and free sulphur levels before, during and after bottling. Any and all records as outlined above will be made available to MWP upon request.

2.0. You (the Client) will not hold MWP responsible for any oxidation of wine before, during or after the completion of bottling.

2. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES.

2.1. Mobile Wine Processing and its staff will ensure compliance with all security and access protocols and guarantee that this information will remain confidential at all times.

2.2. Mobile Wine Processing shall provide Services in accordance with the requirements and information you (the Client) provide to us via the online booking form on our website (mwp.com.au)

2.3. Mobile Wine Processing will provide services to you (the client) to the highest possible standard and take responsibility for the mechanical application of dry goods. However, we will not be held responsible for the quality of the dry goods supplied by you (the client) or for the ability to apply or the result of using dry goods that have physical deformities or manufacturing flaws.

2.4. Although all care will be taken, Mobile Wine Processing will not be held responsible for any biological or physical contamination, alteration or damage (actual or perceived) to your (the client’s) product before, during or after bottling.
